Alice leads QLEOR Consulting and personally directs every engagement. She has spent her career in global supply chain, procurement, and enterprise transformation across the UK and US, working with organizations including Accenture UK, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, Centrica Energy, BAA, Microsoft UK, QBE Insurance, and Deluxe.

Her work focuses on procure-to-pay redesign, supplier enablement, and the program governance needed to land change in large, regulated organizations. She holds multiple postgraduate degrees.
